Login using Microsoft 365 and Google SSO
- Go to the Sofy login page (portal.sofy.ai) and select the “Login with Microsoft 365” or “Login with Google” option. You will be redirected to Microsoft 365’s or Google's login page.
- Input your Microsoft 365/Google username & password and complete the Two-factor authentication (2FA) step if required by your org.
- If authentication is successful, you will be redirected to Sofy portal.
Important Notes / FAQs
- Existing Microsoft/Google SSO-enabled accounts can also use password to log in
- Registering a new user with Microsoft/Google SSO
- A new parent user can register and log in using Microsoft 365/Google SSO directly. No manual setup or additional testing is needed to enable these SSOs for the parent user.
- A parent user may also enable its own child users to use Microsoft 365/Google SSO by following these steps:
- A parent user can invite its child users by adding their email address in the Sofy portal from Account -> Account Settings -> Users -> Add Users
- Once added, the child user will receive an email to complete their sign-up, but instead of using the email link to complete the sign up, the child user may directly start using the Microsoft/Google SSO option to login next time.
- Note that the parent must mandatorily add the child user's email address to Sofy portal (i.e. invite the intended child user) beforehand
