Reading Device Logs

To read device logs, complete the following steps:
From the Sofy Device Lab, click on the Log Tab and hit the play button to start reading device logs.
Device logs display in the browser. They can be downloaded to investigate potential issues in the app. To download a device log, click on the Download icon. The logs will be downloaded to the browser's Download folder. To stop the logs, select the stop icon.
