- Manual Override: This feature allows the user to define which element properties Sofy must consider when selecting an element during the automated test execution. The user can define and enforce the criteria based on their knowledge of the mobile App, giving more flexibility and control in test execution to the user. Now users can tailor their automated testing process by specifying the element properties that Sofy should prioritize during test execution.
- Inserting Steps into an exiting test case: This capability empowers users to modify their test cases by capturing new action steps and integrating them into a chosen test case or template. Previously users had to re-record a new test case or create and manage templates. This enhancement eliminates the need to do so as a user can record the new action steps and incorporate them directly into their desired test case or template, reducing time and effort.
- Element Properties: This release includes expanding the element properties surfaced in the Element Explorer and step details page in the Test Case. New properties include whether the element is configured as clickable, enabled, long clickable, etc. These properties allow users to better understand how individual components configured in their App to make informed decisions during test creation.
- User Interface and User Experience: Several updates made across the Sofy platform to improve user interface and user experience.
