Compare Test Results with Baseline Recordings
When reviewing your Automated Test Results, you can compare them to Baseline recordings (the original recording when the Automated Test Case was created). This feature serves as a good troubleshooting tool when diagnosing an error that occurs within a test.
To make a comparison, complete the following steps:
- Open the Test Result and click Compare to Recording.
- You can see the test result of the test in question at the baseline (which was the result when it was created/recorded). It also shows how Sofy matches components during execution. You can step through using the Previous and Next Buttons. (This particular test was performed on a tablet, but the test case was created on a Mobile device.)
